How to Create a White Kitchen Design

You probably already know this, but white kitchens are always popular.
Amongst other things, the secret behind their many years of success is their versatility.

If you have a small kitchen, then going white could be the answer to all of your problems. Creating a clean and simple visual for the eye and reflecting all of the available light will give the illusion of a much larger space.

Talking of light, if you’re working in a kitchen that doesn’t have the luxury of much natural light, a white palette will reflect what minimal light you do have.

This basement kitchen above is a project of ours, and is a perfect example of how to make a space lacking in natural light look spacious. It appeared in Scotland’s 25 Beautiful Homes magazine and the TV programme Scotland’s Best Homes!

A white kitchen will brighten up the space. If you opt for a gloss finish, it will make your light go even further.
