Teamwork, Makes The Dream Work

It’s been a great year so far for The Pentland Kitchen Company – business is booming.

So much so that Leon and I decided it was time to take a leap of faith and expand our match made in heaven twosome to a trio. Yup, that’s right there’s a new guy in town, and his name is Michael Fleming.

As you can imagine choosing the right guy for the job wasn’t easy, we needed somebody experienced and focused but also a genuinely nice guy. Someone who would slide into the team like they’d been here the whole time and I think with Mike we struck gold.

Mikes been in the kitchen industry for ten years now, so he really knows his stuff.

Like myself and Leon he’s passionate about quality. Whether it’s the quality of a design, a kitchen, the fit or the service, his goal much like ours is deliver the very best, and that’s a vital and integral part of everything we do here at The Pentland Kitchen Company.

Mike spends a lot of time in the showroom on the front line meeting and greeting, but he’s also a very creative designer and does a cracking job of helping our customers through the new kitchen process from start to finish. I can sleep well at night knowing that with him our clients are well looked after.

How are things going for you so far this year? Any particular plans? We’re always keen to chat with others in the trade, so it’d be great to talk at some point over the next few weeks.
