Over several visits and discussions, he made sure we ended up with everything we were dreaming of for our forever kitchen design, but also that it would work as a family/entertaining kitchen for us over the long term. He didn't put any pressure on me to place an order. He didn't try to oversell me cupboards I didn't need or a more expensive sink that didn't match the kitchen I wanted. Whilst we had our builders fit the kitchen as part of a bigger renovation, Leon and the rest of the Pentland team still supported us and popped by to add extra items we requested, and to ensure we were totally happy with the finished product. Very importantly they were great with our dog and kids coming and going while they were working in the house, and they left zero mess when they went home.
The whole team are total perfectionists, always responsive to calls and emails, and the repeat business and word-of-mouth reviews speak for themselves.
We've just had them back to do a fitted dressing table in our master bedroom and it looks awesome!
